performance tickets (PAVAN works closely with the Kennedy Center, Franklin Park Barns, the Winchester Little Theater, and the Wayside Theater among many other organizations. Please list the event date and times of the offering that you wish to attend below (include an alternate date). List the total number and cost of tickets including student and chaperone tickets. Please detail transportation plans as well. Will your proposal require financial transportation assistance as well? If so please list total travel time each direction, faculty/student ratio, number of busses needed and total transportation cost.)

guest artist in residence (PAVAN maintains a database of musicians, instrumentalists, dancers, dance companies, theater groups, storytellers, and much much more. Please list the guest artist and give points of contact-phone number and email-for the artist that you have contacted or indicate below if you wish to have PAVAN help you find a guest artist that specializes in the area you are requesting. Please indicate several possible dates as well as an estimated per hour rate of the guest artist and total projected cost. List and price any supplies that are needed for the residency. Also list skills that you wish to be taught during the residency.)
